We install many brands of premium shingles such as IKO Dynasty, GAF HDZ, GAF Ultra-HD, Owens Corning Duration, and Tamko Titan XT. Typically shingle roofs start around $380 per SQ plus any accessories and custom labor charges all designed for your roof project.

Installed to impress the neighbors and designed to last a lifetime. We have availability on some of the most unique shingles in the region with options raging from heavy weight designer shingles to eco-friendly recyclable shingles. Typically shingle roofs start around $550 per SQ plus any accessories and custom labor charges all designed for your roof project.

Our region loves metal roofing. Although we will not install it as a “layover” onto of your existing roof, we do install metal roofs as a 100% new full roofing system on your home. Metal roofing comes standard with a manufacture 40 year warranty on even color-fade only. Suppliers do offer a 10-year color warranty, but we only offer the premium 40-year product to our customers. Typically 29-ga metal roofs start around $500 per SQ plus any accessories and custom labor charges all designed for your roof project.

When it comes to EPDM rubber roofing, TPO roofing, Mod-bit roofing and custom sheetmetal work, we know our flat roofs. Typically commercial flat roofs bid per spec per project.

Our detailed roofing inspection report provides a detailed account of the roof’s condition, lifespan, documenting findings with photographs, material specs, and noted defects such as missing shingles, storm damage, flashing failures, ponding water, and ventilation issues; it includes a prioritized list of recommended repairs and/or replacements, estimated costs, expected remaining service life, and safety concerns, to help homeowners, buyers, sellers or property managers make informed decisions, submit insurance claims, or plan budgeting and financing options such as 100% financing with no money down.
We also offer this report to homeowners and commercial properties for newly installed repairs or new roofs performed by another contractor that an issue has arisen and a remediation has not been established. As a licensed and insured certified roofer we can gladly inspect and advise.
This detailed roof report is $175.00 and is available to purchase by any homeowner, buyer, seller, realtor, bank, insurance agent, insurance adjuster, insurance company, or home inspector.

Work Begins
We arrive bright and early, coordinate and protect your property, and begin demo? Then we install each crucial component to your lifetime roofing system one by one. We typically finish a roof in one day right before dark.
Cleanup
We cleanup our mess and we double check for those nails. We ensure your happy with our process and the roof installation, then we shake hands
